Production Notes:

After harvest the grapes were quickly crushed and pressed into stainless steel tanks where the juice was fermented at controlled cool temperatures to capture the intense varietal flavours. The wine was then blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:

Aromas of grapefruit leads into lime with a trace of nettle orange blossom. Nicely textured juicy entry with an abundance of fruit including mandarin and gooseberry, lime and green apple. This is a bright wine with a lingering finish.
